I had begun going to the gym about a year before I ended my relationship but with no real plan, purpose or consistency.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

HOW MANY STEPS DO I NEED TO GET?
You are required to hit a weekly target of 55-75k steps depending on your current fitness levels and lifestyle. This makes staying in a healthy shape so much easier and sustainable in the long term.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE GYM EVERY DAY?
Your training will be delivered via our own coaching app, so if you can't make a planned gym session due to something last minute, then it's not a problem. You simply continue as planned when you're next able to get to the gym.
DO I NEED TO TRAIN DAILY?
Your training plan is YOUR training plan. This will be designed around your lifestyle, availability, experience and goals. A general rule of thumb would be training 3-4x per week in order to optimise your results.
WHAT IF I'M GOING OUT FOR A MEAL AND I CAN'T TRACK MY FOOD?
At DIY or DIE, we don't just want to give you a quick fix. This is a lifestyle change. What you do most of the time matters more than what you do some of the time. Your plan and our education will explain how to achieve results and maintain them and allow you to include nights or meals out without undoing your progress or feeling guilty.
WHAT ABOUT COOKING FOR A FAMILY?
Cooking healthy meals for a family can be difficult. Kids are generally fussier than parents, usually resulting in the parents making poor food choices. Whether you like it or not, you're a role model. IF you're making poor food choices, then your kids will adopt those habits too. We provide recipe books and guides to help give you healthy food ideas for you and the family, and also show you how a little planning will give you time back to focus on maintaining the healthy lifestyle you are building. Not sure how to cook a meal from scratch, we'll show you how simple it is too with our cooking skills guides and more.
WHAT IF I CAN'T REACH THE REQUIRED STEP COUNT?
Maybe you could catch them up on the weekend or we can set a goal that is sustainable. We can make it a weekly target, not a daily one. Cardio can be used if you are particularly sedentary one day.
